April 2012

EVENTS THIS MONTH:

April 15: Walk MS
For the third year in a row, our International Gator Day service project will be spent supporting Team Blitz in Walk MS. Team Blitz was started by UF alum to raise money for the Multiple Sclerosis Society. You can join the team (it’s free!) at www.BlitzTacklesMS.com – this will also ensure you are on any logistics mails.

Team Blitz will have one of the big entrance ways in the stadium. In addition, the practice courts will be open to play basketball on. Ryan’s tent will also include a masseuse and the whole event should be some great family fun.

Location:
Alaska Airlines Arena – UW Campus Stadium (Note this is a new location, it is the basketball arena)

April 19: Monthly Happy Hour and Networking
Join us for a long-overdue Happy Hour at Oliver's Twist in Phinney Ridge. This is a great way to relax and connect with fellow Gators while checking out a different neighborhood from
those where we've met in the past. Happy Hour runs from 5 to 7. There's great food and plenty of free street parking. You can also access the area pretty easily by bus. Let us know if you're interested in carpooling. RSVP on our upcoming Facebook event page or by emailing us at seattlegators@hotmail.com. See you then!
